Nerida Jarkey

Nerida Jarkey is an Australian linguist whose research covers the grammar of Southeast and East Asian languages. Her study of serial verb constructions in White Hmong is a technical account of how the language builds a single event description out of a sequence of verbs, and is among the few book-length linguistic treatments of Hmong grammar in English.
