Keith Quincy

Keith Quincy taught political science at Eastern Washington University and wrote two of the most cited general histories of the Hmong: Hmong: History of a People and Harvesting Pa Chay's Wheat, his full account of the Secret War in Laos. He is not Hmong, and specialists debate points of his interpretation, but his books remain standard references for the war period.
